Moroccan singer Samira Saïd joined the jury for the new program “The Voice Senior”, whose first season will soon be presented on MBC channels, especially after the success of “The Voice”, in its Arabic version, presented on the same channel that holds the rights.
Samira Saïd will take part in this program with three of the most prestigious Arab stars, namely the Egyptian Hani Chaker, and the Lebanese Najwa Karam and Melhem Zein.
The new program honors the voices and talents of people over 60 years old. The filming of the first stage “Blind Auditions”, consisting of only two episodes, has been launched under the supervision of the four stars, who will listen to the voices and turn over their seats as a sign of approval for the most beautiful voices of talent from all over the Arab world, including Morocco.
Each Coach will be asked to welcome four participants to his team; two of them will qualify for the final during which each will perform a single song. And it is during the last episode that the best singer will be crowned.
“The Voice Senior” will be presented by Yasser Assaqqaf and Anabella Hilal, who will accompany the participants backstage and on stage.
It should be noted that Samira Said, after deciding to no longer be part of the jury for this kind of program, especially after her failed experience years ago on the Egyptian channel “Al-Hayat”, has reversed her decision by participating in the jury of “The Voice”, in her last season.
