Wydad and Raja United against the Spread of Coronavirus

To participate in Moroccan efforts to stop the spread of the Coronavirus, the two Casablanca clubs have launched public and player awareness campaigns.

Casablanca’s two legendary clubs, Wydad AC and Raja Club Athletic, are working hard to raise awareness among fans in particular and Moroccans in general about how to stop the spread of the Coronavirus.

The daily Assabah in its Monday 16 March issue reports that the Winners have issued a press release announcing their intention to participate in actions to help the country get through this period of crisis.

The Winners have called upon to respect the hygiene instructions given by the country’s officials, and to avoid spreading the fake news that circulates on social networks and that generates a climate of fear among citizens.

For its part, Raja announced that it will launch an awareness campaign for different categories of players who play for the club, as well as for managers and technical staff to inform them of the measures to be taken to prevent the spread of the virus.

Like the other clubs, Raja have released all players until further notice and have reserved two telephone numbers to enable them to stay in constant contact with the club’s doctor, Mohamed El Arsi.
