Coronavirus: The Launch of a New Phone Platform “Allô 300”

With a view to strengthening the mechanisms and channels of direct communication and raising the level of attention of citizens to guarantee their health security, a new telephone platform “Allô 300” has been launched in coordination between the Ministry of the Interior and the Royal Armed Forces (FAR).

A joint press release states that through this platform, which operates 24/7, a specialized team will provide advice and answers to all citizens’ questions, receive their complaints about the health aspects of Covid-19 and direct them to the appropriate services.

This new platform is in addition to the two telephone lines of the Ministry of Health “Allô Yakada” (0801004747) and (Allô SAMU 141) dedicated to information and advice related to the health aspect, adds the same source.
