According to the operator’s press release, this objective has been achieved, with a satisfaction score of 8.2/10 in 2019 and the implementation of solutions to support customers in optimizing their mobility.
Eric Fulcheri will now be responsible for implementing the new strategic plan called Arval Beyond for the period 2020-2025. According to the long-term leasing specialist, the objective of this plan is to become the sector’s benchmark in terms of sustainable mobility in the Kingdom.
Eric Fulcheri is an engineer by training and a graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers ParisTech and the École Polytechnique. He began his career in 1995 at Renault as an engineer in the Mechanics Department. He then joined the BNP Paribas Group in 2002 in the Risks/Industrial and Sector Studies Department.
In 2005, he joined Arval, where he occupied successively the positions of Head of Corporate Pricing Strategy, then Director of Operations and Corporate Insurance. He continued his career in Switzerland as Chief Executive Officer for six years. During his period in office, he managed to double Arval’s vehicle fleet in Switzerland (from 6,000 to 12,000 vehicles) and to facilitate the integration of General Electric’s long-term leasing subsidiary.
As Director of Global Operations in France since 2018, this 50-year-old father of two children will take up his position at the head of Arval Morocco on December 1, 2020.
