Actor Kyle Anderson of Queens, NY is featured in this year’s Walmart Holiday commercial featuring last-minute shopping options at the American superstore. This marks his first national commercial appearance and the spot can be seen on tv screens across the US.
The commercial depicts two young parents using the convenience of Walmart’s same-day delivery feature to do last minute Christmas shopping. Anderson plays the father, who while wrapping last-minute gifts for their children, smiles charmingly at his wife during a shared moment of holiday season joy.
Anderson is no stranger to the television screen, having made appearances in such TV series as “The Good Wife” (2009), “PAN AM” (2011), and “The Blacklist” (2013). While Kyle appears camera-friendly and comfortable on TV, he has his eyes set on the big screen. “Film is my passion. I love movies. I want to devote my life to making amazing movies, both in front of and behind the camera.”, said Anderson. “I’m confident I’ll get there.”
When not working in television or pursuing his film career, Kyle likes to study the Italian language. He’s self-taught and already conversational, after only a few years of study. He also enjoys long walks to his local park in Queens, or hiking in Griffith Park in Los Angeles, where he lives some of the time.
Kyle can next be seen in the upcoming dark comedy short film “Last Laugh”, directed by Paul Lewis Anderson. He’s also currently working on his first original feature-length drama screenplay.
